Dog Groomer with experience or Dog Grooming Assistant in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria

At Animal Park, we are looking to incorporate a person into our team who shares our love for animals and their well-being. We offer two options. You can choose the one that best fits your profile: OPTION 1: DOG GROOMER – Full-time (40 h/week) Schedule from Monday to Friday. Weekends off. Fixed contract or collaboration as a freelancer, depending on your preference. Requirements: Demonstrable experience as a dog groomer (portfolio with photos of work will be valued). Mastery of scissor cutting, stripping, and breed-specific grooming techniques. Calm and respectful handling of the animal. Responsibilities: cutting, grooming, and finishing according to breed and standard, bathing, drying, and advising clients on hair care. OPTION 2: DOG GROOMING ASSISTANT – Part-time (20 h/week) Afternoon schedule, from Monday to Friday. Fixed contract. Responsibilities: bathing and drying dogs, preparing the animal for cutting, and assisting in the maintenance and cleaning of the grooming area. Previous experience will be valued, but the most important thing is that you have patience, care, and a willingness to learn. We value in both positions: Punctuality, responsibility, and teamwork. Good treatment of clients. Experience with cats (not essential). We offer: Stability: fixed contract (for the groomer position, also collaboration as a freelancer).
